After a number of years developing the Internal Audit practice at a leading recruitment agency, I decided to set-up Bickham Montgomery in 2013.
I’ve always had a strong sense of how I wanted to recruit. I’m a firm believer in focussing relentlessly on results and adding value to my clients. I’m uncomfortable with the pushy or salesy approach that recruiters are perhaps renowned and disliked for. That is why the vast majority of work we do is on an exclusive basis.
